The Calvary Quartet provides special music to churches and organizations upon the invitation of pastors and organization directors. We are a lay-ministry, meaning our traveling ministry expenses are provided solely by each church or organization that invites us to come. We are not financially supported or funded by another organization.

OUR LOGISTICS - Each of our team members live in different states and come together for each ministry meeting. To the best of our ability, we plan ahead and shop for the cheapest airfare rates and use our sky miles points when available. We come together at a meeting point and travel in our bus to our destination.

HOUSING - While at your church, the Quartet members will stay in the bus which eliminates our need for hotel rooms. Our bus uses a 50 amp electrical hook-up and requires access to a fresh water source, spigot. Available sewer is always a benefit to us.

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE - The Quartet has an extensive collection of music that can be performed. We do not come with a prepared program that we have to perform, but rather we want to provide music packages that fit the flow of the service or event. Pastors/Music Directors decide how many songs we sing and how to fit them into the service. Our goal is to be a blessing and positive addition to the service. We can also provide a pianist for congregational singing and offertory.

NEEDS OF OUR GROUP - We ask hosting churches to cover the expenses of our travel and to provide a love offering that is divided among the team members. Churches that request an entire Sunday or weekend typically plan to cover the entirety of the expenses. If we are able to schedule several churches in an area for a weekend, the expenses can be shared between the churches. This option and details of expenses can be discussed when inquiring about scheduling The Quartet.

Travel expense checks can be received at the time of the event and love offering checks can be sent later or received at the time of the event. Checks should be made payable to: Calvary Music Ministries, Inc.
